What this site stores about you

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not build a profile of you. One preference — whether you have chosen the day or night theme — is kept in your browser’s local storage and never leaves it.

Signing in is only required for the administration area, which is restricted to named accounts. If you are not an administrator, nothing on this site asks you to identify yourself.

Server logs

The site runs on Google Cloud Run in the europe-west3 region. Serving a request produces a log entry containing your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser’s user-agent string. These entries exist to operate and secure the service and are not used to identify individual visitors.

TradingView widgets

Some pages embed a price chart or a company profile provided by TradingView. These load directly from TradingView when the page opens, without asking you first. As a result, opening such a page transmits your IP address, the referring page and your browser’s user-agent to TradingView, and TradingView may set its own cookies in your browser.

There are two such pages: an individual security’s page, which embeds a price chart and can be switched to a company profile for the same listing, and a published supply-chain analysis, which embeds a company profile for the company the analysis is about. On the security page only the view you are looking at is loaded, and switching to the other one contacts TradingView again. It does not happen on the roster, a manager’s portfolio, the securities index, the overlap page, the filings page, or this page. TradingView is an independent controller for whatever it collects; its own privacy policy governs that processing, and this site has no access to it.

Google Cloud

Hosting, the database and the stored SEC source documents are all operated on Google Cloud in the European Union. Google acts as a processor for that infrastructure.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data held about you, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Requests go to the contact address above.
